市府來文,提醒各位同仁，本次職工健檢報告結果，個人報告僅提供一份正本(由本人自行保管)，學校並未保存個人健檢報告，若遺失也無法申請補發，若因將來市內外介聘移轉服務學校，請自行攜帶本次健檢報告影本到新服務學校報到時繳交，學校所保存之資料並未隨職務移動而移轉。
